DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with Catholic Cemeteries and Elizabeth Ministry\, a special Pregnancy and Infant Loss Mass will be held on Oct. 24th at 1:00pm to honour the lives of infants and children who have passed during pregnancy and birth. At this Mass\,  with celebrant Fr. Rich Conlin\, families are invited to light a candle and place on the altar. \nJoin us for a rosary walk (weather permitting) to the Jesus and the Children Garden immediately after Mass. Fellowship and light refreshments to follow. Elizabeth Ministry volunteers will be at this Mass and reception to meet with bereaved families. \nElizabeth Ministry (EM) is an international movement rooted in the beliefs of the Catholic faith. In the archdiocese of Vancouver\, members focus on offering peer support to bereaved families grieving the loss of young children\, toddlers and infants of any age\, from conception onward. \nEveryone is welcome! If you\, or anyone you know\, has been touched by the loss of a child\, you are warmly invited to attend. \nWe hope you will join us for the special occasion.

DESCRIPTION:Join Gardens of Gethsemani staff and community for our monthly rosary walk through Gardens as we meditate on the mysteries of the life of Jesus\, and pray for our loved ones and all those buried at Gardens. \nThe rosary walk will take place the first Thursday of every month at 10 a.m.  We will meet in front of the Holy Angels buildings’ parking lot and will end back at Holy Angels with some light refreshments. There is plenty of parking in that area. \n“The Rosary is the most beautiful and rich in graces of all prayers; it is the prayer that touches most the Heart of the Mother of God…and if you wish peace to reign in your homes\, recite the family Rosary.” ~ Pope Pius X \nEvent runs rain or shine! All are welcome! \nFor directions to the Holy Angels buildings: Drive through the main gate of Gardens of Gethsemani\, take a right at the roundabout\, drive up the hill and the first cluster of buildings you see on your right hand are the Holy Angels buildings.
