SUMMARY:Coping with Post-Holiday Grief
DESCRIPTION:Grief can be unpredictable. It comes and goes\, sometimes in waves. It affects our sense of well-being and changes us forever. \nChristmas is a time for family\, but if we have lost someone it can be a particularly difficult time. Everything has changed. We can keep busy during the holiday season but what happens afterwards? \nJoin us for this seminar presented by Denis Boyd to discuss grief and some coping strategies to help with the letdown we sometimes feel after Christmas\, when everyone has returned home\, the decorations are put away and we are settling into a new year. \nClick here to learn more
