Take time to rest during Advent and after the busyness of Christmas. Experience the gift of meditative prayer and express yourself through watercolor painting. We will also dialogue with God through journaling. This workshop series is for those who want to take an intentional pause. Learn how to encounter Christ and rest in His presence through prayer, meditation, writing and art.

For those grieving the loss of a loved one, relationship or job, Christmas time and post-holiday blues can be challenging to navigate8 – know that you are not alone. We will;

• Pray through guided meditations on The Holy Family
• Spark conversations with Jesus through journal writing
• Calm the mind through art and watercolor painting
• Learn how to create a personal prayer space
• Open our hearts to hear God’s voice through the power of prayer
• Create a personalized piece of art or ornament for a loved one
