Join us finding Christ, the healer of our souls, in your journey of sorrow. Communicating loss is essential while grieving. Let’s support each other while we heal by receiving Christ’s love and consolation.

It invites those who mourn to accompany one another and to meet Christ through scripture, prayer, reflection, and simple activities that offer comfort and help to foster healing and spiritual growth.”–M. These 6-week bereavement group will start on April 12th on Fridays from 3-5pm, once a week until May 17th. The group will be led by Deacon Raul Abella. We will meet at Holy Angels III building for the session and then share some light refreshments.
About the Speaker – Deacon Raul Abella
Deacon Raul was ordained as Permanent Ordained Deacon in 2015. He was the Chaplain at Surrey Memorial Hospital for 6 years, providing spiritual guidance and assistance to the sick and terminally ill. Deacon Raul is currently the Filipino Ministry Coordinator at the Archdiocese of Vancouver and provides ministry support at Garden of Gethsemani.
